Grand Rapids Proposes to Build a $7.5 Million Development that will include Apartments and Shops

A new development could be coming to Grand Rapids!

It was announced by The Establishment Group on Monday morning that a multi-use building, containing apartments and shops, is in the works of being built in Grand Rapids Creston neighborhood.

The development is expected to be built on a vacant lot located on Plainfield Avenue and Quimby Street and is predicted to cost around $7.5 million. The building will be three stories high and contain one bedroom apartments, retail space and a parking lot.

The space is still looking to be approved. If everything goes through how it is supposed to, the development may start breaking ground this summer!

What a cool addition this would be for GR!
